Arrival day Croatia, Pula

Arrival at the airport and transfer to a hotel in Rovinj. Check-in at a hotel and free time for refreshment and relaxation. After check-in, dinner at the restaurant Puntulina, known for its unique location, overlooks the sea. After dinner, return to the hotel and overnight. 


10:00 - 20:00 Arrival in Rovinj (airport pick up, transfer and hotel check-in) 

20:00 - 22:00 Dinner at Puntulina restaurant 

Grožnjan and Motovun

After breakfast at the hotel, a meeting with a guide and departure for Grožnjan. A short transfer to Grožnjan and a visit to this beautiful Istrian town. The city is known for its music festivals and art events. After visiting Grožnjan, transfer to Paladin. A truffle hunt with dogs and preparation of truffle specialties with the hosts. After a beautiful experience with the Karlić family, transfer to Motovun. Sightseeing of undoubtedly the most famous and most attractive Istrian medieval town, Motovun. This stunning town on a hill is one of the characteristic symbols of the Istrian interior. After visiting Motovun, follows an olive oil tasting with the Ipša family, one of the best Istrian producers and a longtime member of the Flos Olei guide. After a delicious tasting, a departure to Kozlović winery, the most beautiful winery in Istria. A short drive to the Stari Podrum restaurant and a traditional Istrian dinner. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

Pula green market and cooking class, olive grove

A meeting with a guide at the Pula market, where you buy groceries for the cooking class. After shopping, a departure to the cooking studio located in the olive grove. You will learn the art of traditional Istrian pasta in the cooking class and taste some of the best Istrian wines and olive oils. The day ends with free time to explore Rovinj and enjoy its beauties.

Rovinj, Svetivinčenat, goat farm visit and cheese tastings

After breakfast free time to explore Rovinj. In the early afternoon departure for Svetvincenat, a charming town in the heart of Istria. After visiting this Istrian gem, departure to the goat farm. Kumparička is a family farm where you will learn how to make real goat cheese, what an authentic shepherd's life looks like and what goat cheese tastes like. Everything will end with an unforgettable dinner with the hosts.

Brijuni Islands

After breakfast departure to Fažana, before the heat of the day, you will discover Brist oils' story. The tour is dynamic and covers the work of an olive farm and looks at the fantastic ecology, history, and archaeology of the area. After the olive tour, a short boat transfer to Brijuni, one of the most diverse Mediterranean islands. The island is rich in flora and fauna and the historical heritage of its rich past. Due to the clean sea and silence, an ideal place to relax and swim. After enjoying the island, return to Fažana. Dinner at the Alla Beccacia restaurant, a place known for its meat and fish delicacies.

Poreč sightseeing, wine tasting in Veralda vinery

Meeting with a guide in the early afternoon and transfer to Poreč. Poreč is practically a museum under the stars. There are a Roman temple's remains, a Roman layout of streets and squares, medieval towers, the Early Christian Euphrasian Basilica, Romanesque houses, Gothic and Baroque palaces. The Euphrasian Basilica complex is the most famous landmark in Poreč and is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. After sightseeing this gem, head to the Veralda winery. The winery is known for numerous awards and excellent wines, especially red ones. Our day ends in the fine dining restaurant Pergola with the famous Croatian chef Fabrizio.

Lim channel visit, oyster tasting, winery visit

We start the day by tasting oysters in the beautiful Lim Channel. Apart from shellfish farming, the canal is known for its lush vegetation and unique shape. Near the canal is the Matošević winery. Here you will taste wines that have made Istria famous on the world wine scene. After the tasting, going to lunch at the Ograde farm. Here you will get acquainted with authentic Istrian cuisine. The afternoon is reserved for relaxation in Rovinj.
